HOW DO I GET BARTERING ZOOM ACCOUNT?
- Get started. Go to barteringzoom.com and click on “Login in Register” icon on the top right corner on the homepage. Click on “Register” tab to create a FREE account as a new user.
- Enter your personal information. The registration form will ask for your name and email address, and it will prompt you to choose a password.
- Create your account. When you’ve filled in all the necessary information, click “Register”.
For user convenient, there’s an option to login with social media account. For prospective vendors, it’s highly recommended not to sign up with social media account. This would allow you to create a customize vendor dashboard.
HOW SECURED IS BARTERING ZOOM FOR BUYERS & SELLERS?
At Bartering Zoom our solemn obligation is to protect Buyers and Seller from fraud. We reduce the risk of fraud by acting as a trusted third-party that collects, holds and only disburses funds when both Buyers and Sellers are satisfied. Bartering Zoom achieved this core objective through the following innovative steps:
- Vendor and Customer agree to terms.
- The Buyer securely submits a payment via PayPal into our escrow account. Bartering Zoom verifies the payment, the Vendor is notified that funds have been secured ‘in Escrow’.
- Upon payment verification, the Vendor is authorized to ship merchandise and submit tracking information. Bartering Zoom verifies that the Buyer receives the merchandise.
- The Buyer inspects the merchandise and the option to accept or reject it. The Buyer accepts the merchandise.
- Upon Buyer’s acceptance of merchandise, Vendor request for a withdrawal of funds from our escrow account.
- Upon Buyer’s rejection of merchandise, Bartering Zoom refund funds to back to buyer.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY POINTS? HOW DO I EARN IT?
Because you are important to us, we want to know what you think about the products. As an added value, every time you rate the products you earn points which go straight to your account. 1 point are added to your account for every review that you give. You will need those points in order to redeem the sample products. So, keep rating the products to keep earning points!
WHAT DOES IT COST TO SELL ON BARTERING ZOOM?
It’s FREE to list your stuffs on Bartering Zoom. Bartering Zoom access 5% commission only after a sale is completely executed.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Track your order by clicking on the “Order Tracking” button on top of the webpage. Provide your order ID found in your order confirmation email and email you used during checkout.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
After logging into your account, go to Dashboard and click on “Orders”. You would be able to view your order(s) and cancel order if necessary. Keep in mind you can only cancel your order and request for a refund only within 30 days of your purchase. Bartering Zoom would not honor any refund request that’s outside this limit.
HOW DOES VENDOR RECEIVE FUND AFTER SALES TRANSACTION?
Vendor can request to withdraw funds after Bartering Zoom successfully process sales and customer is satisfy with item bought. For added security, vendor can only withdraw sales funds 15 days after transaction is completed. $50 minimum account balance is required to make withdraw request. To request for a withdrawal, please go to your vendor dashboard and click on “Withdraw” to submit a request. Prospective vendors are require to have PayPal business account to allow Bartering Zoom disburse funds to vendor’s PayPal account. On the contrary, customer can submit payment with or without PayPal account.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?
Members who ship their orders within the state should expect to receive their orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
WHAT IS THE ACCUMULATED DELIVERY FEE FOR? HOW MUCH IS THE HANDLING FEE?
The flat-rate handling fee is $5.99, and it is only applicable to normal samples. For free samples, they are fully paid for and there are no additional charges to deliver the free samples. Handling fee covers the delivery, material, labor and logistics cost to support the sampling service.
